The Molecular Beam Epitaxy System(MBE) that we have at Nano Optoelectronic Research Laboratory (NOR Lab.) is ready for growing epitaxial alloys of GaN. The first MBE system owns and manages by a public university in Malaysia. Some of the possible devices that we are working on are blue light emitting devices such as LEDs' and LASER's, solar cells, sensors etc.
